Tickets may at the box office or through the event sponsor. The box office will be open one hour prior to the performance. For SummerStage events, go to the schedule page to purchase tickets through the website.

When to Arrive

Arrive at least one-half hour early in order to secure a place to sit and get comfortable. It's a 300 yard walk from the Evergreen Parking lot to the stage area. There will be a transpot cart available to ride to the stage area if needed. If you come to picnic, arrive an hour and 1/2 early to either use the picnic area or picnic near the stage area. Remember there will be refreshments available at our concession stand. The stand will be open one hour prior to the start of the performance.


What to Bring

  • SEATING: Bring blankets and lawn chairs. Seating is unassigned (festival-style) and available on a first come, first served basis. Chairs and tables are also available for rent.
  • CLOTHING: Be prepared for the weather. Bring extra layers of clothing for changing weather conditions. Insect repellant is a good idea.
  • REFRESHMENTS: Bring food and beverages for a picnic if you wish or purchase snacks at the concession stand. Alcohol is permitted, but grills are not.
  • TRASH: Remember, it's park policy to take out what you carry in. Please remember to bring a trash bag.
  • Please - NO SMOKING or DOGS (except guide dogs) are allowed in the audience area.

Come Early and Picnic

Our admissions tent and concession stand open one hour before the event start time. Homwever, the area around the stage area is always open, so come early and picnic. Either use some of the available picnic tables, or bring your own table or use a blanket to picnic prior to our event. You may also purchase food and drink at our concession stand.

Changed or Cancelled Performances

Please check with the event sponsor regarding changed or cancelled performances.

For SummerStage sponsored events, if the weather appears that it will be bad, the following applies:

  • We will try to have the event unless it's obvious that there will be inclement weather.
  • Please call our contact number (262-337-1560) to find out if the event has been cancelled prior to the performance time.
  • If the event is cancelled and there are other dates listed for the event, your ticket will be good for any of those dates.
  • If the event is cancelled before the stated start time, and there is a rain date, your ticket will be good for the rain date. Notification of rain dates will be communicated through our website and email blasts. If there is no rain date, you may exchange your ticket for another SummerStage event.
  • If the event is called after the start of the event, you may exchange your ticket for another SummerStage event.

Refreshments
You may bring in food and beverages. Make a picnic out of your visit. Please note that grills are not allowed. Note that refreshments are also available at the venue. Remember, carry out what you carry in.


Park Procedures
Park policy will be followed: There is a special $5.00 per car parking fee for SummerStage events, or free with a state park sticker, which is good for the calendar year.

Food and beverages (including wine and beer) may be brought into the park. Grilling facilities are available in the park, and can be reserved free of charge by calling (262) 646-3025.
Most Wisconsin state park and forest picnic areas, shelters, beaches, and other day-use areas have no garbage or recycling bins.
When you visit the park, remember, you'll need to take your garbage and recyclables home with you.
