Sponsorships/Advertising

Fundraiser Donations - For our February "Break-a-Leg" Ball

  • Provide a raffle gift basket or item ($50 minimum), with business information displayed with each and listed in program insert. (Please, no $ off or % off coupons. Our patrons should be able to use your service without having to pay additional money)
  • Provide an auction item ($150 minimum), with business information displayed alongside and detailed in program insert.

Season Sponsorships

Donate $250 and become an event advertiser to include business name and logo prominently displayed in marketing materials.  It would also include a one-quarter page ad in our fundraiser program and the programs for all of our summer events.
Donate $500 and become an event advertiser to include business name and logo prominently displayed in marketing materials and at tables.  It would also include a one-half page ad in our fundraiser program and the programs for all of our summer events.
Donate $1000 and become an event advertiser to include business name and logo prominently displayed in marketing materials and at tables.  It would also include a full page ad in our fundraiser program and the programs for all of our summer events.  These sponsors would also have their logo displayed on our sponsor board at the venue.  We expect to have over 3000 people attend our summer events.

Event Sponsorships

All sponsorships receive the following:
Mention of sponsorship including:
logo on all printed materials, including our schedule, event posters, flyers, and event programs, (over 6000 impressions)
your logo prominently displayed at the stage and admissions area,
announcement at the stage before performances 
Your company name mentioned in all press releases (when possible)
Full page add in the event program
Logo and company name included on tickets.
40-65 complimentary tickets for the show(s) per event sponsored. These may be given to employees, customers, vendors, etc.
Attendance at backstage gathering after performance(s).
Mention of your company at our annual major fundraiser (the Break-a-Leg Ball).

Small Business/Individual Sponsors

Platinum Sponsor - $5000

  • Company/Individual mentioned as a Platinum sponsor in our sponsor list shown in all programs and website.
  • 50 tickets to any performance

Diamond Sponsor - $2500

  • Company/Individual mentioned as a Platinum sponsor in our sponsor list shown in all programs and website.
  • 30 tickets to any performance

Gold Sponsor - $1000

  • Company/Individual mentioned as a Gold sponsor in our sponsor list shown in all programs and website.
  • 20 tickets to any performance

Silver Sponsor - $500

  • Company/Individual mentioned as a Silver sponsor in our sponsor list shown in all programs and website.
  • 10 tickets to any performance

Bronze Sponsor - $150

  • Company/Individual mentioned as a Bronze sponsor in our sponsor list shown in all programs and website.
  • 5 tickets to any performance

Wood Sponsor - $100

  • Company/Individual mentioned as a Wood sponsor in our sponsor list shown in all programs and website.
  • 2 tickets to any performance

Major Sponsorships

Stage Sponsor - $5,000

What’s Included:

  • Sign near the stage, which will be visible from all seating areas.
  • Will be seen on all pictures of the stage.
  • Will be mentioned on all programs for SummerStage produced shows.
  • 50 tickets to any of the shows.

Grand Sequoia - $20,000

Season sponsor – Sponsors all performances for the season

What’s included:

  • Company/organization logo on large SummerStage Banners
  • Logo prominently located on all posters, tickets, programs, and other signs used for advertising SummerStage including the sponsor sign at the stage
  • Mentioned in all print, radio and TV advertising as our sponsor
  • 120 tickets for any of the performances in the season series

Mighty Oak - $8,000

Series Sponsor – Sponsors a performance series (2-3 performances)

What’s included:

  • Company/organization logo on large SummerStage Banners
  • Logo shown in association with the series’ performances including on posters, tickets, programs and any sign specifically advertising the specific performances including the sponsor sign at the stage
  • Mentioned in all advertising associated with the series
  • 80 tickets for the sponsored performance series

Evergreen - $4,000

Performance Sponsor – Sponsors one performance

What’s included:

  • Logo shown in association with the performance including on posters, tickets, programs and any sign specifically advertising the specific performance
  • Mentioned in all advertising associated with the performance
  • 40 tickets for the sponsored performance

Education Program Sponsor - $5000

Sponsors Educational Programs

What’s included:

  • Logo shown in association with the performance including on posters, tickets, playbill and any sign specifically advertising the specific program
  • Mentioned in all advertising associated with the program
