Youth Performance Showcase - Dancin' in the Park
Saturday, June 12 2:00PM – 5:30PM
Sponsored by SummerStage & Elation Dance
A day filled with talented youth groups as they play, sing, dance, and acttheir way through the afternoon. The beautiful, natural setting of Lapham Peak State Park will enhance your experience as you enjoy the top youth performers in the area. Games and crafts will also be part of the festivities. Note that all food, beverages and games will cost only $1 each.
"Lake Country Companion – The Saga of American Music" - Benefit Concert - June 12 - 7:30PM & June 13 - 3:30PM
This is a benefit concert, not a SummerStage event.
Join us for a fun filled night of American music. You will be treated American standards from 1900 to 2000, including such composers as Scott Joplin, Count Basie, Irving Berlin, etc. (Proceeds will go to the Lake Area Free Clinic and Angels Grace Hospice).
Love Letters by A. R. Gurney
June 17-20, 25-27 - 7:30PM
''Love Letters'' is an evocative epistolary account. In less than two hours, we see Andrew Makepeace Ladd III and Melissa Gardner over a period of 50 years, as the author carries them from second grade through the trauma of adulthood, marriage, divorce and middle age.
Summer Solstice Celebration - Friends of Lapham Peak Benefit Concert

Join us for a fun-filled afternoon of music featuring different musical genres. Musical performaers will include The Burie Family, Ian Gould, Wooden Bridges, John Stano, and "Off the Grid" with Tom Klein - AKA the Bike Dr. Sponsored“Friends of Lapham Peak”

Cabaret Night in the Woods
Sunday July 11- 7:30PM
Join us for an evening of cabaret singing themed to the outdoors. Talented singers will join forces to sings songs of the great outdoors. Pieces will include the monologue of Puck from Mid Summers night dream as well as an aria from the Magic Flute. It will be a fantasy with gnomes and fairies. A throw back to Elizabethan outdoor with a heavy helping of contemporary story telling.
Midsummer Night’s Dream By William Shakespeare
July 15-18, 22-25 - 8:00PM
The play portrays the adventures of four young Athenian lovers and a group of amateur actors, their interactions with the Duke and Duchess of Athens, Theseus and Hippolyta, and with the fairies who inhabit a moonlit forest. The play is one of Shakespeare's most popular works for the stage and is widely performed across the world.
Evening of Irish Music & Dance
July 31 - 7:30PM
Join us for a celebration of Irish music and dance. Great Irish step dancing driving traditional music and song will provide a Summer evening of music for all ages. Irish Fest is still a few weeks away, so visit our beautiful outdoor setting.
Dylan Bolin - Peace, Love, and a 30-Year Mortgage
August 6 & 7 - 8:00PM
This uproariously funny and deeply touching one-man show chronicles Bolin's life story from Indiana hippie child to mortgage-paying comic. His journey from wide-eyed hippie kid and the altruism of the "Peace and Love" generation to the decidedly UN-altruistic world of home ownership in modern America is filled with hilarious moments such as hippie cuisine, man-eating pig encounters, guitar-wielding Lutheran camp counselors and a marriage in Mexico.
Dylan Bolin is a regular featured guest on the Dave and Carole Morning Show (96.5/WKLH) with his segment called "Out of the Box," and is a frequent performer at Milwaukee's ComedySportz. Acting credits include STOP KISS with Renaissance Theatreworks, JOE EGG with Milwaukee Chamber Theatre and LAUGHTER ON THE 23RD FLOOR with Next Act Theatre.
A Taste of Erin – Three One-Act Plays
August 26-29, September 2-5, 10-12 - 7:30PM
Join us for an evening of professional Irish theatre. Be entertained by two one act plays that reflects the wit and charm of the Irish.
Bad Sunday by Mark Wale
… is a masterful piece of physical comedy. Join a dysfunctional Irish family on a Sunday afternoon drive as the cast works their magic with a few props and a willing audience.
Rising of the Moon by Lady Gregory
A beautiful one act play first performed in 1907 that captures the deep conflict in the heart of an Irish policeman ( indeed in all the Irish people) between the duty to maintain the status quo and the deep longing for freedom.
Murder in the Cathedral by T. S. Eliot
October 1-3, 8-10, 15-15 - 7:30PM
Portrays the assassination of Archbishop Thomas Becket in Canterbury Cathedral in 1170. The play, dealing with an individual's opposition to authority, and can be taken as a protest to individuals in affected countries to oppose the Nazi regime's subversion of the ideals of the Christian Church.
Please note: These performances will be held in St. John’s Episcopal Church in Delafield, WI. Seating is limited to 120 per performance. When buying tickets, please choose a performance date.
