Amber Nicole Dilger
AmberOh, to sing amongst the trees! Amber Nicole Dilger is excited to be singing in this outdoor cabaret. When she was an undergrad, she started with a double major in environmental science and vocal performance and her father always kidded her that there were not many jobs “singing amongst the trees”, but here she is! Eventually she focused her studies on music and has been happily singing ever since. Amber Nicole has been seen on stages throughout the United States in musical theatre performances galore, but has made her main acting home in Chicago. Favorite performance experiences include “Sweeney Todd” with Patti LuPone and George Hearn at the Ravinia Festival, playing Guenevere (Camelot) with Richard White (the voice of Gaston in the Disney film Beauty and the Beast) as her king at Light Opera Works, and playing the role of Christine (Phantom of the Opera) in Lake Geneva where the final kiss of the show segued into a musically choreographed fireworks display over the lake. Amber Nicole now is happily tending her garden in Madison, Wisconsin between performing gigs. www.ambernicoledilger.com
